Coffee Suppress Your Appetite

Before this coffee one of many factors associated with increased appetite, but some people thought that coffee can help them lose weight because it removes their appetite.

However, according to recent studies that have been carried out in Australia have found a discovery that coffee actually indirectly influence your appetite, as quoted from Womenshealthmag.com "The Surprising Way Coffee Affects Your Appetite".

Research conducted in several groups in Australia found that drinking coffee is not a difference their appetite again when served with a variety of food.

"Australian researchers had nine women, average age 26, come into the lab four separate times. Each time, they gave them three things: a standard breakfast, a placebo or a caffeine pill, and one of two drinks  (water or decaf coffee). This resulted in four combinations (for the four visits): water with a placedbo pill, water with a caffeine pill, decaf coffee with a placebo pill, and decaf coffee with a caffeine pill. Then, two hours later, researchers gave subjects more of their selected drink and another pill. Two and a half hours after that, the participants were given a buffet lunch and told to eat as much as they wanted. In addition to that, researchers tested subjects' breath, blood, and appetite sensations between meals."

Conclusions obtained are coffee can not be used to reduce your appetite no matter what kind of coffee though. Your appetite will decrease and increase.

Although this study considered a disadvantage that is done in small numbers, but the coffee is said to function as the action of water. With water, hunger can no longer be delayed because the stomach is empty and so is the coffee.

Thus, with or without coffee you will need diet and regular exercise and balanced so that the weight can drop more effectively.
