Clash of Clans is a popular iPad/iPhone/iPod/Android game created by "Supercell". It has been available internationally on the iTunes store for free since its initial v1.7 release on 2 August 2012, and on the Google Play Store since 8 October 2013. Clash of Clans is a strategy game where players can construct and expand one's village, unlock successively more powerful warriors and defenses, raid and pillage resources from other villages, create and join Clans
The creator of Clash of Clans create an innovative game which mixes the strategy game and tower defense game together. Players not only need to set up their buildings and towers to defend against the invaders, but also make a plan to attack others' home for resources and scores. Thus players can be absorbed into the game for higher levels of their clans and armies.
The authority encourage players to join the clans for a battle with other clans. Therefore, different players can be attached by the same clan and interest. They are willing to pay more time on the organization of the clan and members. During the battle time, the leader of clans will ask members to spend minimum time (such as half or one hour per day) on the game. Consequently, more people will focus on the game and they are more easy to construct a sense of comparison with other clans.
The creator of the game provides players a shortcut for being powerful in the game quickly----the Gems. Gems can do everything including accelerating the speed of collecting resources, completing the construction instantly, improving the level of army and even prolonging the shield time. More interestingly, the authority give a few Gems randomly to players to keep their enthusiasm. Some people have to buy Gems by credit for more Gems to improve their levels of Town Hall in order to be in possession of more powerful towers and armies.
